During the past year at Northeastern University, as a member of the Movement Nueroscience Lab, I have been working with other students to develop a markerless-tracking solution for hand pose and object tracking. To date, we have run multiple tests using the machine learning tool DeepLabCut to train machine learning networks to identify and track objects in a video. In doing this with multiple cameras, we are able to triangulate the position of the objects and obtain an estimate of their position in 3D space. This project is still undergoing, but we hope to have results by the end of this year.
I am always looking to take on a new challenge. Message me on LinkedIn or send me an email below and let's get started!
